I think the press releases by the Company have been very clear as to what the damages are. I never stated that TAUG would win $20m but if punitive damages are awarded that amount is a possibility. Had the case remained in Florida punitive damages could be significantly more.

But who knows, maybe the scumbags at Cowan will win a lot of money from that RICO lawsuit you stated Berman told you they were filing against me.

I bet Don Cowan and Bill Meyler are loving the representation they are getting. Since the New Jersey Board of Accountancy has asked me to keep them updated I will gladly oblige. They will rule on Meyler and Cowan post trial according to the last update they sent me.

I think a better question for the partners at Cowan will be what if the verdict far exceeds the policy.

The good news here is that TAUG gets its day in court and all of the lies Berman was having his moronic New Jersey friend blowhard
Disseminate will be proven untrue.

If I were Berman I would be worried about the class action suits against the company and board of directors that will be heading his way if he gets any type of settlement from JJ. But it is clear he is obsessed with TAUG. You would have thought he would have been over getting dumped by TAUG by now.
