I called the number listed in the ibox and was greeted with Good morning this is Paradigm Oil and Gas. The very nice lady said that PDGO is very much in operation and the reason why the OTC website info probably hasn't been updated is because they have recently fallen under new management.
She will have Nikos Glimidakis give me a call.
