Mixed bag article imo. Of course it would be asking much to have someone write an article who follows the stock ...

- No significant volume at .0001 ... there hasn't been for quite
some time even prior to the permit.
- On the one hand, the writer acknowledges the "Golden Ticket" of
the permit but does not use this to offset their assets bit at
the end. The permit is now the companies largest asset :) and a
desirable one at that.
