now that there is a trial date and Tauriga was successful in achieving all that it was looking for...

If a trial date was all the TAUG had hoped for, then CONGRATULATIONS!!! It's like that scene in the movie ELF where he congratulates the diner in mid-town Manhattan for having the WORLDS BEST COFEE!

Good for you and goof for TAUG for taking one more step towards something meaningful. But lets not make this out to be more than it is. So far the case has progressed as it is supposed to. Bumbling and fumbling aside.
