All - Just Received an updated OS count from the TA... The following is a summary of the increase in OS from January 23, 2017 (info. on the OTC website)until today:

January 23 OS: 783,520,592

April 7th OS: 1,188,212,990

May 5th OS: 1,766,648,581

May 23rd OS: 1,766,648,581

There has been zero dilution in the past 3 weeks... very good sign..
