They will want the RS to bring it to at least $3 to offset the more or less guaranteed 40% drop within days of the RS and subsequent continued slow drop that follows IMO. $4 is really a better number, with more cushion, to give a better chance of making it through 2 filing years without having to do it again, as most do. So, minimum 1 for 5, depends on the PPS going into it. But, IMO, everyone holding shares should simply abstain from voting, block a quorum, don't let it go through, make them exist on actual business rather than paper printing.
