The document you post is simply a release of security interest so it perfect the assignment of the patents to NM, LLC from NeoMedia.

You would need to show an assignment that shows the conveying party (assignor) as NM, LLC. You cannot do so because it does not exist. NM, LLC is prosecuting the old NeoMedia's former patents. Notice on your release, the first patent is the infamous 6,199,0048. Now notice the same patent on these current documents:
