You have to keep one thing in mind...

That $73k in conv debt is what he is carrying on his books...

But that's net of "debt discount", so it is not a true representation of what is owed...

Just for the heck of it I made a casual glance thru the last q...

There was about $85k of notes that definitely could have been converted since then....there is another $165k that will start being eligible to convert starting 6/15...sometimes bob forgets to list a note in his financials...he's getting old you know..80s

The OS has gone up about 300ml shares since then....if the avg conv price were around .0003 during that time, the $85k should be about paid off....maybe one more conversion for interest/fees...

You won't see financials here until July....this could be a bounce play until 6/15, but a risky one....too many people stuck here right now.....an excellent PR could cause a pop, but it's going to be hard to even hit 4s right now...jmho

This was just a quick glance, I have no real interest in playing this stock again...just curiosity of how it all plays out...
