This is from the 10-Q/A that was filed yesterday:

As of May 16, 2017, there were 491,852,004 shares of common stock, $0.00001 par value, issued and outstanding.

So indeed, the OS does not include any shares from the recently filed S-1. But thats strange no? Because the 10-Q shows a lot of cash on the balance sheet that was pocketed from the S-1 deal.

Questions, questions and more questions. All we can do is guess whats going on. Weird to say the least. Why isn't Hartman explaining to his outside investors whats going on? If the S-1 financing has to be adjusted as a result of the falling SP in past weeks after announcing the S-1 deal, Hartman can blame himself.
