Sorry to respond to an old post, but what has the SEC been doing that impresses you? There is a small list of scam stocks similar to LIBE that I follow for sporting reasons, and the SEC hasn't bothered any of them! A couple of them were pretty blatant about stealing investor money, and there have been plenty of "whistleblowers" who can't even get a simple response to their complaints to the SEC.
