People! If the SEC suspends this company, all is not lost. We wait until suspension is over. Court cases will continue. Maybe even settle during a (very low probability) suspension. When it opens back up, we still have shares and the company still has the settlement money. Do not let others tell you otherwise. I've held shares through suspensions before (6 months long) and sold the day it resumed trading for a 100% profit. Suspension isn't death. Suspension is not loss.
