I was thinking about it and i have a theory. I know its a "pipe dream" but tell me how crazy i sound here: private company merges with PGPM to raise PPS to a dollar. with 900 million shares available to sell at that point they could slowly sell shares while expanding operations and pulling more oil out of the ground, and use those 900 million shares to pull a billion dollars out of the stock market. if they did it right they could sell shares slowly and keep the pps even or even higher. Seems they would have good reason to get this stock's pps as high as possible if they did a R/M
