IMO we're not moving up until revenue hits big time. Those who are considered longs, either choice of they got caught, believed, hoped, thought that the original biz plans would be ignited last fall...reaping a growing pps. Obviously, we're still waiting for the price to go back up (be nice if it was stable) to a .04 - .05 range. OTC stocks have a window of opportunity once a filing or news is released, and if that new info is not strong enough it means nothing to the investor. To date there has not been news to 'move the needle' or attract new investors, and finding new investors will become more difficult as the debt and share structure grows.
I admit, I'm not entirely sure what we bought in Alex's company, but I can say I haven't seen anything that proves it's "Booming". Time will tell on that deal, and I'm personally still optimistic 'the boys' can pull a rabbit out of their energy hats. With that subject mentioned, I can not speak with authority of Texas energy.
As for buying more shares...
I'm holding a bunch now, have averaged down, and will stand right where I am. I'd rather pay .05 again when I see true progress and revs that to take a chance today at .0175, only to see it possibly drop below .01. I've been in since April 2016 and I sometimes think of all the money I've made trading other stocks during that time and if I had not bought into CHRO I could have used those funds and made much more. My point is, the patience I'm showing MUST pay off big time soon or I'll consider this stock venture a loss.
And if you're wondering... "yes", I'm still an optimist!!!!
