Financial reports deal with history. For competitive purposes, CT orders keep trade secrets out of the details of these reports.

CT orders are not employed with respect to possible future actions. You don't need a CT order for that. You don't report them, let alone the details, for the simple reason that THEY HAVE NOT HAPPENED YET.

ENDO may or may not do something with respect to PTX. Whether or not they do, we can be 100% sure that their CT order has nothing to do with a prospective bid for PTX.
