I am very surprised the pps is at 4 cents. I really didn't think it could go back to there (not that 4 cents is anything to write home about anyway...). In any event, who "PROMISED" 2/3 cents? I'm not sure I saw anybody PROMISE that.. Personally, I feel the price will indeed go back to the 3 & 2 cent levels very soon. That's just the way I read it. But "promise"???
