Can you find out if Berman consulted Herzog. I am not joking, it looked like Herzog was going to have a heart attack leaving the courtroom. The best part is that the insurance company had Cravath attorneys in the courtroom to witness the Herzog implosion.

I bet you that after the insurance company pays this claim they sue the pants off of Herzog, Leclaire and maybe even Cowan.
