You missed the the point about Hanks - he has been a serial scammer for 30 years.

Hanks isn't allowed to practice law in Texas.

All of his much pumped projects have failed to come to fruition.

But the funniest is that MMEX investors believes that Hanks who has to resort to borrowing money from toxic lenders - is going to get $450 million to build a oil refinery. I feel like I am visiting the Bizarro World when I read the MMEX board.
