I Hope They Are Developing A Relationship ? As I Read A While Back That Japanese Deal Making Is A Very Long Drawn-Out Process. I Read Somewhere, It Takes Them About A Year To Do A Deal, It's In Their DNA To Proceed Very Slowly And Methodically. It Must Be Very Frustrating For Westerners !
