I suspect that you are a BTZO shareholder and why you would take that position. I am not in a position to defend either argument. I do know that an accountant weighed in on this board and tried to separate the debt transference from the ownership/revenue issue and made a compelling argument that it wasn't simple or transparent. I have read others who have authoritatively written that BTZO was caught up in a shell game that wasn't to their advantage.

Either way it makes no difference to me -- the play here is the settlement/appeal adjudication and getting out before KK takes his money and runs. The virtual certainty, based on the all known facts, is that there will be a lot of money coming to GERS/KK (the inner circle and C&C). Whether BTZO, GERS shareholders or any one outside the inner circle benefit in any way from this windfall -- I would not bet on it. The only bet here is the significant likelihood that a large number is coming KK's way and that news will generate a great deal of interest that can be capitalized on.
