I'm 99% sure authorized capital should remain the same under a reverse split. Besides an authorized capital of $10,000 doesn't even make sense from a shareholders perspective for funding icon. So all this hype of a RS is probably to scare ppl into selling 1s today.

Anyone else have insight on this?
10billion @ 0001 for $10million authorized capital

Amendment states:
10million @001 for $10,000 authorized capital.

This should mean a new share class correct? Not a RS?
