I will attempt my best to answer all of your question and to attempt at decent dialogue even though IMO you are misled by your own desires, even though they may be subconsciously fooling you, for Imagion to fail.

SSC:How do you think mhtx shareholders will benefit from the Imagion ipo?

Don't know, don't care, my interest is mainly centered on Imagion But for the other 2 monikers reading this here is a short synopsis.

From the Imagion Prospectus:
• Manhattan Scientifics currently holds 62,432,809 Shares, of which 62,432,789 have been issued by the Company as consideration for the purchase of the share capital of Imagion US from Manhattan Scientifics and 20 have been issued by the Company upon incorporation.

SSC:Do you have any idea how much cash it will take to get FDA approval for the Flynn machine, assuming they can ever prove that it works well enough in mice to even justify beginning an FDA study?

IMO, not as much as you think, but definitely more than anyone here understands or can calculate

From the Imagion Prospectus:
The MagSense™ technology employs both a measuring instrument and an injectable dose of tumour targeting nanoparticles. The Company anticipates this combination product will be considered a “medical device” and regulated as such by the appropriate authorities in most global markets,i.e. the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in the U.S., the Therapeutic Goods Administration in Australia (TGA) the China Food and Drug Administration in China, and the European Commission in EU. The Company has engaged regulatory consultants experienced in medical device regulations and able to assist in communication with regulatory authorities.

SSC wrote:Do you realize that even if Imagion pays Marvin $6 million, it would equate to about a penny/share and would quickly be consumed by the ongoing overhead expenses even though Marvin's company doesn't really do anything?

Don't care, but I think you are exaggerating and being overly obtuse in your argument by inferring that all money or shares will go to Maslow, perhaps I am totally wrong, but, even his greedy hands can't do what you are accusing him of doing.

SSC wrote: Any concept of how many years and how many more offerings Imagion will require as they try to perfect the magic machine?

Once again,as if on cue, your argument takes on a belittling tone by referencing the MagSense as a "Magica Machine". But in reality and to answer your question, yes, see the next paragraph. Believe it or not, I don't care how many years or how much, if it can work, the tech can make a difference, but just trying to answer your question.

From the Imagion Prospectus:
Pre-Clinical Validation For each cancer application (or other disease target) the Company will require sufficient pre-clinical evidence to minimize risk of failure in the clinical setting. Pre-clinical research includes cell-based assays as well as testing using various animal models, e.g. using artificially or spontaneously generated tumours in mice. Pre-clinical testing is necessary to ensure that nanoparticles bind specifically to the targeted cancer cell types and are able to be delivered sufficiently to provide the sensitivity of detection needed for the intended clinical use. While the Company expects that the
nanoparticle formulation will be similar for each target use, the specific bio-functionality of each targeting nanoparticle will need to be determined through empirical research and well characterised. The Company believes that it will have sufficient pre-clinical validation of the Her2+ detecting nanoparticles by the end of 2017 to proceed towards human clinical testing.

SSC Wrote:It's been 6 or 7 years, maybe more, since Marvin and Manny announced the "1000 times better than a mammogram" technology they acquired and still not working well enough to even justify asking the FDA to let them begin a study. No one had to listen to inside information to be duped, just read the press releases on mhtx . com .

So what, that is not what Bob Proulx or his team wrote. On your "inside information" inference, I was replying to HB's telling us stories that are not public information, but you are correct, they are probably made up, thus my reference to "Marvin and HB deserve each other"
