NNSR-Terrance Flowers, the Companys Chief Executive Officer, stated We are looking forward to the termination of the court-appointed custodianship. The action represents a necessary milestone in the process of consummating the planned reverse merger with Perspective Technologies. The company first announced its entry into a definitive agreement to merge with Perspective Technologies on April 20, 2017.
