NOTE 6 - DEPOSIT FOR DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS
In December 2016, the Company received a $5,000 deposit to be held while negotiating a distribution
agreement. In February of 2017, the discussions to finalize the distribution agreement halted and the $5,000
deposit was returned to the distributor

Hello all, FYI this note was in reference to a potential distributor in Mexico. My guess is, he did not qualify to be a distributor.
