Let me clarify, I don't think he is strategically manipulating the company to the low levels we are at, I think that is a result of his failures as a CEO. I do think, however, that he is happy to generate dilution by raising funds at this level because some of the biggest shareholders, as well as many of us have been very vocal in pointing out his inexcusable failures.

I honestly believe there is a part of him that wants to stick it to some of his biggest critics. In fact, it was relayed to me that when the criticisms really picked up a few years ago, he basically said that any shareholders who bought in at the initial fund raising levels (like we are at now) should get out or quit complaining because he had already made them a lot of money. The guy is pathetic and a horrible CEO.
