A company listed on the greys is worthless.

Plus, there isn't a market for Asher/Kramer to sell any shares.

The first day of trading those that are familiar with suspension and the greys will be selling - those that believe the company hype will hold believing in a miracle. The first day the price will be down 60% or more. There should be good volume - then the volumes drys up and the price continues to decline... it is the graveyard for suspended stocks.
