SPYR is engaging in frauduleus behavior by announcing the spin-off of the restaurant business. They are not going to do it and besides their only restaurant is closing down, so there is nothing to spin-off.

The gaming division is a joke. Despite all marketing efforts and press releases, SPYR only has a $250k gaming revenue, implying they'll burn at least $8mln annually. They will run out of cash in Q3, and will be scrambling for cash and succumb under the issuance of new shares with a falling share price.

This is a zero. It merely depends how long they can milk this pump and dump scheme
