No,it's spot on.

This was an "organized" effort to get Maloney's noteholders whole.

He knew there was no light at the end of the tunnel...that this was the last shot at "taking care of them".

If the Directors say a possible upcoming sale,they wouldn't have thrown in the towel.

Maloney has moved on....he is actively reinventing himself in the Business world.
