What they know and what they tell us is 2 different things...if they were fully reporting all that would have to be made public. Just like when they said they did not who was selling restricted shares...mmm yeah they do LOL
IMO most of what applies to real stocks (IE not OTC Pinks NYSE) don't apply here. A pink sheet can be in debt, making no money and no cash on hand and some crazy news comes out and it is P&D city. Don't really see that with AMMX but just like Oshkosh news pumped it for a second then it gets quiet and poof.
