Your July 4 mental stop is in line with mine. I believe the 10k will be staged to come out about a week or so before the Q. So the 10k around mid June and the Q at the end of June. So if Steve wants to coordinate the finacials for the best price action, that's how it would be done.

For the time being we are going to hover between .03 and .037, no break of .04.
