or, since they just raised over $1.3B in convertible debt during the last three quarters why not put it to their supposed core business (which I guess is SonCav non-exclusive distribution???) and test both systems together and faster rather than act like an energy hedge fund manager (which so far they have been horrible at and since they have incredibly expensive financing costs it would make them a very unsuccessful hedge fund manager by definition - others can outfund them) and use it to buy a 3% net revenue (which I don't see defined as it should as a legal term in the documents available - most likely in the original document which is not provided) interest in a legacy oil field? It's because they don't want it to be "proven" and have to sell units too soon - they want to drag it out like "The Producers" with distractions while they continue the convertible dilution game.
