ARTL new cannabis-oriented trader, been watching it for the past few days

Someone's been inching the bid up, I am guessing retail. There is no offer yet so I don't know when it will begin trading

Float? I am not sure. Majority shareholder held 6M, so it's at most 3.8M

Planning a $5-10M capital raise around 40 cents a share I believe:
