Now that they are on hold in the USA for god knows how long, the only logical move they can make is to go after foreign markets. It appears that is what they are doing, in the past, foreign markets have held back for a variety of reasons. In NZ, India and elsewhere it's wanting to see full USA regulatory approval. Canada didn't think the need was great enough to justify the cost. South America is still totally silent so pick your own excuse. Whether they can overcome these hurdles is yet to be seen.

However, we now have a new, far more qualified and competent management so there's still hope.

Looks like we are going to be on hold for the foreseeable future so raising money with the share price declining daily probably means private placement stock offerings is probably not the way they will go. My guess is that they will put the investment banker to work to come up with new ways to prop thing up.
