Didn't see it/read it. There's always bulls and bears in every situation. As it stands right this moment, I see absolutely nothing to warrant that prediction. IMO, that is sheer hope and conjecture. In fact, I think it's entirely feasible bears are about to get steamrolled in miners at the rate they are piling in under the assumption a turn in trend is near.
