Mostly because for whatever reason there will be no meter sales any time soon. If at all. Why should Giles continue to fight a losing battle? If in fact he ever really had plans to make money for the shareholders. So much easier to just sit back and take funders money. Good life, if you can do it. The man has zero scruples. ZERO.
