Settlement was signed yesterday. Checks must be mailed by 6/1/17. There might be a second distribution because attorney fees were reduced from 25% to 15%, leaving a $134K overage.

We should hear from Longwei before too long. They might take their time and make naked short-sellers squirm for a while.
