It costs maybe $1000 or $2000 to be registered in Nevada and another few dollars in legal fees. It's not 200k in Delaware or companies would just redomicile.

Or they would have bought a different shell that KRFG.

The only reason you go with a KRFG is its cheap and you can clean up the mess cheaper than a clean shell.

Have to pay Delaware fees less than $10k

Have to get back to some OTC status so you can get FINRA approval on name change if needed, reverse split etc

Get the DTC Chill removed

A clean shell is a few hundred thousand and one with issues like this sells for $20k
