Well then.....how deep are the pockets of this Foxx group??? Can they match and go toe-to-toe with a 65 billy market value via the auction for the sub?? But TMUS holds the high ground for bidders approval, so...Additionally the BK plan has been approved and notices sent to creditors so they are a tad bit tardy (at least from what I can glean). Looks like an Ichan-like raid for cheap shares as Wilma alluded to because they know the sub is with Talk post BK. Ohhh the drama!!! jmo.
