Yes, interesting indeed. They also filed a CT Order yesterday. That is a confidential treatment order so that they can file information with the SEC that others can't see. They could have tendered an offer that they don't want competitors to see and outbid in the final stages. Somehow I feel that ENDP and GSK are both involved in a deal. We'll see soon enough but choices are limited at this point and time is ticking. GLTA
