I was reading the 10Q at 31.03.2017.
I was looking at Convertible Notes:
it looks like they have conversion rate at 0,0125
and conversion date at 01 march 2020.
Regarding instead at Warrants,
I see:
" The purchase price of one Warrant Share under this Warrant shall be equal to the $0.05 per Warrant Share (“Exercise Price”).
What does it mean?
Is this reason because the stock doesn't go over 5 cents?
