More like what the folks rooting for the deal to go through are saying. RAD operating as it should (without corrupt management) is under valued. With the current management sitting there simply waiting for their payoffs and doing nothing but letting the company decline it looks overvalued. When the deal with Walgreens falls through there will be huge changes very quickly IMHO.
