Well if you own it --- this is the shittiest time... esp if you bot it higher. There was a lot of hyping going on the news and the anticipation of decent Q.

Then the report is crap (technically just loosing $$$)

So now the stock is dead in the water with another 3 mos or so for the next financial update.

If you own it (esp from higher) you dont care to sell it at a loss... and if you don't own it - the spread is crappy and unless folks just give up and hit bids to whack it down further... there's really no compelling reason to buy.

This combination makes it - as you said: a "dead stock".
