Let me explain. Labs are on the"inside." They know what their tests are detecting and know what the state laws are in the state the test has a positive. A Para-Legal could advise the companies sending employees to be tested. This service would be "chump change" to the large labs. ENCC has suggested they have a "database" of state laws. A Para-Legal could compile that over a week... let's say $3,000. ENCC is on the "outside," they don't know how many clients are in any state and don't know what is being detected. If a Lab releases a PR saying they are retaining Law Firm "XYZ" to advise their clients... that's a stock I will look at. Richie on the other hand, is not a J.D. nor is Judge.
