CSOC~and more_!$$$!_all we need is govt. legislation making mandatory accounting/tracking etc._!$$$!_I'll be writing an Email to my Congressman_&_Senator after I get what to say from Richard.I'll post it here in case others want to do the same. It so makes sense to me.And its standard procedure I believe, for tobacco and alcohol.So its not some pie in the sky request a Congressman or Senator would make to the legislature.
