Questions regarding delayed filing of 10k and 10Q
On 3-31 the company filed notification that they would be unable
to file 10k on time. Then on 5-15 they filed notification they were
Unable to file 10q?

In that notification of 5-15 in part IV other information, Kristul apparently certified that all other periodic reports under Section 13
or 15d of Securities Act or Section 30 of the Investment Act had been filed?
Wasn't HCTI dilinquent in regards to the 10k on 5-15?
What am I missing? How could he say they were "up to date" if the 10k
Hadn't been filed?
