This definitely shows that T-Mobile is controlling the auction..."IF" an auction were to take place.

They have a lot to lose if they were to lose TALK/UMS to another entity or a rival like Verizon.

T-Mobile doesn't want a small business person swooping in with the cash to lay claims to a very promising UMS... So the bid is raised from 50k to 500k.

Also, T-Mobile wouldn't want a rival like Verizon or AT&T to lay claim to their very promising master dealer UMS... jeopardizing T-Mobiles plans to expand in the southwest.... So T-Mobile has control over whom is approved and gets to bid... and not any rivals I would assume.

And if all else fails they can participate and enter the auction.

They are not messing around... They get paid a lot from UMS... plus they are opening more stores. It's not a game for them folks. UMS is a cub that the big momma bear T-Mobile is protecting if need be. IMO

This is only "if" it reaches an auction.

Creditors may end up voting two-thirds on plan. Then...no auction.

The Plan referred to in this ballot can be confirmed and thereby made binding on you if it is accepted by the holders of two-thirds in amount and more than one-half in number of claims in each Class.

If the required acceptances are not obtained, the Plan may nevertheless be confirmed if the Court finds that the plan accords fair and equitable treatment to the Class or Classes rejecting it and otherwise satisfies the requirements of Section 1129(b) of the Code.

Also, if the required acceptance are not obtained, the Plan may still be confirmed by the Court, if the Court finds the Plan fair.
