10K reports $2,500 sales for the year, though earlier in the year they 8K a $35,0000 "sale" to a liquidator

How can they both 8k a $35,000 sale but 10k reports $2,500 in total sales for the year

Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 6, 2016, FBEC Worldwide, Inc. (the “Company”) received a purchase order for approximately 35,000 units of WolfShot™ from Four Link USA, Inc. for distribution within the Northeast USA. Four Link will be placing WolfShot™ within multiple convenience stores within the northeast including 7-11 & ShopRite. The Company shall receive proceeds of approximately $26,000 for this sale.
