Face the facts. CEPSA is now working behind the scenes to collect their money, trying to jettison the dead weight called ERHC and then will make a decision on if they want to move forward in the block or not after that. That is what is taking so long.
Perhaps you should contact the Kenya Oil Ministry for more complete information.

And Oranto has no position in the JDZ and they aren't interested in anything but Block 1 because that's where oil was found. Everything else was biogenic gas with no traces of oil. It is never a good idea to stray too far from the facts.
