the motions will continue forever..............

as to your question regarding legal fees, it may be that the lawyers took the case on a contingency bases, although that is not typical for such a case. However, maybe the attorneys are suffering from various pains and they were promised free Calmare machines and therapy treatments in lieu of payment.

If they were not in pain when they took the case on, they must be by now
