The only thing that seems frivolous to me is the weak attempts to make GDSI look like it wasnt a scam company. I mean you got the SEC case that spells out and proves all the misdeeds and fake Press releases about fake deals that GDSI and Sullivan put out in order to create investor excitement to buy the stock all the while knowing there were no deals, only written lies to get the investors money.
That equals scam company
GDSI equals a SCAM

Oh lets see Hmm wasnt Delgado reading these releases ?? Didnt he know they had no money to buy Remington ?
