After doing some DD after the 100 % pop in TECO's PPS on Friday taking it from .0002 to .0004 turns out TECO shareholders thoughts were correct ....

The sell was an old Market Order that was forgotten about and never cancelled. Lucky buyer getting nervous and begining to cover picked em up dirt cheap.
